Questions before you connect a bot.
When does the 24-hour trial start?
An eligible account starts the trial after linking Discord, saving a valid bot configuration and passing the launch checks. YouKero does not charge a payment for the trial.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Pick a template, enter the required Discord IDs and run the configuration test from the dashboard. The setup guide explains each field without requiring command-line work.
Is my bot token safe with you?
YouKero encrypts saved bot tokens and does not return them through the customer API. If a token appears in a message, screenshot or public file, rotate it in the Discord Developer Portal before using it.
What Discord permissions do I need?
You only need the permissions required by the template you rent. Reward and giveaway bots need access to the configured guild and channels; admin-only actions stay inside your server permissions and can be adjusted before launch.
What happens if my bot crashes?
YouKero records the exit and retries recoverable crashes with a delay. Repeated failures stop at a safety limit and appear in the dashboard so you can fix the configuration or contact support.
How fast is activation after payment?
Balance top-ups are credited after crypto confirmation. Once your config is valid, hosted bots activate from the dashboard; direct bot purchases activate only after the signed payment webhook confirms the order.
How do I pay after the trial, and how do I stop renewal?
Paid hosting uses cryptocurrency through Heleket. Choose a monthly, quarterly or annual cycle and review the amount before checkout. Deactivate the bot before renewal to stop the next charge; the saved configuration remains in your account.
Can I get a refund?
If a paid product cannot be delivered because of a YouKero-side issue, contact support with the order ID. Crypto network fees and already-delivered digital downloads are not automatically refundable, so support reviews each case manually.
Can I run more than one bot or server?
Yes. An account supports up to 20 bot slots. Each slot has its own template, language, theme, channels and billing cycle.
What if I get stuck during setup?
Open a dashboard support ticket with the bot type, slot and exact error. Do not include the bot token in a ticket or Discord message.
